General Warranty & Returns Policy on PC Used Items & Repairs

  My warranty policy is as follows:  computer, monitor,
  printer returns: three (3) days.  Software, carry bags,
  surge suppressors, cables, or any and all other items: 
  no returns are allowed.  Computer repair is 30 days   
  for labor and 30 days for parts.  Monitor and printer
  repairs are not supported.  If an outside warranty
  exists on anything, I do not warrant it and there may
  charges for any related service calls or consulting. 
  The purchaser or client may call anytime for support
  within the initial warranty period.  After this period, I 
  may take nominal, short support calls within reason. 
  If the person does anything that undoes, undermines,
  or negates the work I have done, and causes me extra
  time to fix any or all associated problems, then my
  warranty is automatically voided and must be re-
  negotiated.  If the client changes any software, hard-
  ware, or firmware settings, there may be additional
  charges for any or all time spent on any needed fixes
  or modifications relating thereto.  A small amount of
  training or instruction time may come with the equip-
  ment sale but this warranty does not imply any extra
  training or instruction time.  I reserve the right to
  cancel or modify any sale, work, invoices, fees, billing,
  or warranty terms before they are executed.
